We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access to personal information is limited to those who need it for legitimate purposes. Our data is stored in the cloud, with a third-party vendor, ICS. ICS and the platform are both PIPA compliant. Data is held for six months, by ICS, in the ICS Cloud, and then deleted. Our data is secured and not available to the public. We use disc level encryption.

We do not sell or rent personal information. However, we may share your information with:
Service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., IT providers, partnering entities, committees, sponsors, event organizers).
Regulatory authorities or other entities, as required by law.
Any third parties who process your personal information on our behalf are required to safeguard it in compliance with PIPA.
