| 30-99 $ 5,928 | Not disclosed $ 2,900 |
| 100 & above $ 7,188 |
Minimum membership cost of $1,387 to a maximum membership cost of $10,088.
Total due for Membership = Employees + Net Assets
NB: “Net Assets” – is to be defined as “owned” as opposed to “under management”
