30-99              $ 5,700  Not disclosed                         $ 2,789
100 & above   $ 6,912

Minimum membership cost of $1213 to a maximum membership cost of $8820

Total due for Membership = Employees + Net Assets

NB: “Net Assets” – is to be defined as “owned” as opposed to “under management”
